The Gelato Itanium Conference and Expo

 
We will be holding our 4th Gelato ICE conference in Singapore at the
beginning of October (www.ice.gelato.org). I hope you, or one of your
colleagues, will be able to attend. Early Bird registration and

This is the first ICE conference specifically targeting enterprise
attendees. There will be more enterprise content and focused outreach to
ISVs and SIs from the region. Rest assured that we will continue to
provide content of interest to research and HPC. 

The technical program is outstanding
(www.ice.gelato.org/program/program.php) and covers the basic Itanium
platform architecture; porting; tuning; and other topics such as
virtualization, security, RAS, mainframe emulation, and Java. The
program also includes more in-depth technical presentations to allow
experienced users to further enhance Itanium application performance on
the Linux operating system.
