ANNOUNCE: updated ipsec-tools (0.2) package available

I've released an updated IPsec-Tools package (0.2) which fixes
the build problems people have had with glibc-2.3 and openssl-0.9.7
systems.  For full information read the NEWS file in the release.

The package is available from http://ipsec-tools.sourceforge.net/
