GNU Radio Release 3.0.4 is now available for download from:

This is a bug fix release, back-porting all applicable bug fixes on the
development trunk into the stable release branch.

The two most significant issues corrected are:

 * The "disappearing USRP" problem (see ticket:148 in Trac) with Linux
kernel 2.6.20,

 * The "GPL bug fix".  All GNU Radio host code in release 3.0.4 is now
licensed under the terms of GNU GPLv3 or newer.
