Hello, Linbox Directory Server 2.0.0 is now available for download at http://lds.linbox.org The Linbox Directory Server (LDS) is a Free Software project that features: * user authentication and management thanks to LDAP and Kerberos * an extensible, nice looking and AJAX powered PHP web interface called LMC (Linbox Management Console), provided with 6 modules: * Users and groups management * SAMBA accounts and shares management * DNS/DHCP management * Printing management * Email delivery management * Web proxy blacklist management * a Python dedicated management API for LDAP, SAMBA and SQUID (core of the LDS and the LMC) * a policy system, that will allow to define users right on network ressources New features and improvements are: * DNS/DHCP management * Norwegian translation The DNS/DHCP module allows to manage DNS zones and DHCP subnets for a typical LAN environment. The Open-Xchange module is now deprecated and no more supported.
