AMD has lost it...

Intel have gobbled them up and the purchase of ATI was just silly.

ATI sucks under Linux or Windows.

nVidia - whilst a binary blob is king of the speed heap, though I'm impressed with Intel's move into the 3D space... that should only improve over time.

I'm currently running an Intel GMA X3000 card myself, and can happily make claim to having OSS drivers. :-)
