HP releases Linux Common Operating Environment 4.0

I wanted to let everyone know that I got the Instalinux site updated to the latest LinuxCOE release.

That means we now have support for Centos 5.0, Ubuntu Feisty, and OpenSuSE 10.2

Nice work on the latest release guys!
