CL-PDF 1.1 released

CL-PDF 1.1 has been released. This is mostly a cleaning release featuring
better kerning support, fixed build scripts, and better support of some
Common Lisp implementations.

CL-PDF is a Common Lisp library for generating documents in Adobe Acrobat
format. It is a standalone library that does not need any Adobe or
third-party tools.
