It will be hard work on such a tight schedule, but I believe that is the plan. Problem of course is that there are still binary blobs that cannot be redistributed and that OpenJDK is only available for 2 architectures, while GCJ and GNU Classpath are ported to almost all platforms. But the Planet Classpath community seems to be hacking very hard to make all those issues disappear.
