Luckily, 4 of the 5 work in OpenOffice (I have version 1.0.1). It was also curious that it was IBM's PPT presentation that failed to open in OpenOffice rather than Microsoft's...
Presentations from the NOIE Open Source & Linux symposium Posted Feb 25, 2003 9:07 UTC (Tue) by ayeomans (subscriber, #1848) [Link] OpenOffice.org 1.0.2 opens the IBM presentation without problems. Some of the font sizes are badly chosen and go off the slide, but that's true in PowerPoint too.
