How come all the presentations are in M$ powerpoint ? I was expecting either pdf or html.. Sigh

Yes, I agree that it's annoying that the presentations are in PowerPoint format. Luckily, 4 of the 5 work in OpenOffice (I have version 1.0.1). It was also curious that it was IBM's PPT presentation that failed to open in OpenOffice rather than Microsoft's...

OpenOffice.org 1.0.2 opens the IBM presentation without problems. Some of the font sizes are badly chosen and go off the slide, but that's true in PowerPoint too.
