MailStripper Pro 0.94 released

Changes since 0.93:

# Better handling of inlined HTML stylesheets, primarily broken ones.
# Improved SMTP adherence - far fewer assumptions made.
# Fixed a rather contrived race condition.
# Fixed an issue affecting some emails with blank subject lines.
# Changed behaviour where incoming connection fails on the DATA handler - the 
  partial message is now junked; if legit mail the sender should retry.
  (This is the issue that may have caused you to receive empty messages)
# Zero-length data files are now handled somewhat more gracefully.
