The list of patches is available from the source rpm:
rpmquery -pl coreutils-5.97-12.3.fc6.src.rpm
...
coreutils-4.5.3-langinfo.patch
coreutils-4.5.3-sysinfo.patch
....

I often just use the viewvc interface to peak at their CVS contents:
