After spending 3-4 hours yesterday trying to export and import a database from one Oracle server to another, I have to ask:

Is Oracle ready for the enterprise?

The sorts of things which are simple - indeed a joy to do in PostgreSQL, are clunky, slow and buggy in Oracle.
