A new GPLv3 timetable

The Free Software Foundation has sent out a new GPLv3 timetable. In short, the new draft will show up on the 28th, a "final call" draft will come out 60 days later, with the real GPLv3 due 30 days after that. So we should have the final license around the end of June.
