I work on free software every day (and don't speak of open source even) but this GNU/ prefix is silly, even more so if you start putting it in front of everything.
I always thought that advertising clauses infringed the GPL, but *insisting* (to anyone who'll listen) any system that uses *some* GNU tools be called "GNU/foo" is OK because... because...
Anyone?
For the record, I have a N770, and I'm not aware of any GNU software that comes with it as standard. IIRC you could download some tools from maemo.org, but I'm sure that not even the FSF would dare to call any system capable of running GNU software "GNU/foo"...
