It's RMS on an ego trip again. The recent InformationWeek articles highlight just what an ass RMS is, right down to his insistance of not talking to people unless they call Linux "GNU/Linux".

Until the Debian team insist on blanking out people who refer to Firefox as "Firefox" instead of "IceWeasel", and until that is considered acceptable behaviour, RMS will always be seen as a loon that people put up with until they have no further use for him.

Book: I am a Shepherd. Folks like a man of God.
Mal: No, they don't. Men of God make everyone feel guilty and judged.

Debian doesn't insist on the IceWeasel name, Mozilla does (or, more correct, they insist on Debian not calling it Firefox), so your example is relevant how?

Seriously, I don't know what RMS did to you, but your insistence on voiding all his reputation because of the GNU/Linux thing just doesn't make sense to me. At least he doesn't flame around in the forums I read and calls ppl an "ass".

I don't think your problems with RMS are his fault.
