I think it's just that gregkh and chrisw have been busy, backlogged, and
turning out -stables for 2.6.18 and 2.6.19, so it's been an awfully long
time (OK, about a month) since the last 2.6.20 -stable.

Yes, exactly. We got a bit behind and bogged down.
Should be back on a better track now.
