If we're talking online notes, I like stikkit http://www.stikkit.com/ as you type stuff, it detects dates and adds them to a calendar view and it tries to recognise peoples names and todo items too.

notebook is nice for bloggers as you can highlight some text, click the notepad thing and come back to it later when you have time.
