One reason for 10%?

Any community which feels that 10% female participation is worthy of celebration clearly has some ground to cover yet[....]

I'm not quite sure what to make of the giant sign above her saying ``seduction'', but I suspect it doesn't help. We'll skip the graphic with it.

Given where that "sign" is in relation to her and the podium, I strongly suspect it's a slide from her
own presentation.
