Description:
    Previous version of group-devel did not contain binutils, elfutils,
    and perl.  This did not generally cause difficulty building because
    they are included in group-base, but in certain use cases with the
    rMake tool is inconvenient.
    
    Previous versions of group-text-tools, which is used to build some
    live images, did not contain the rMake tool.
