[ANNOUNCE] GNOME Utilities 2.17.91 - "The Small Print"

hi all;

unfortunately, I had to roll a brown paper bag release of the GNOME
Utilities package because of an assertion failure in Screenshot
triggered when not having a recognised value in the "border_effect"
GConf key.
