This is a set of routines designed to make any common date/time
manipulation easy to do.  Operations such as comparing two times,
calculating a time a given amount of time from another, or parsing
international times are all easily done.

Update Information:

A new release of perl-DateManip-5.44, with a patch to fix
the KRAT timezone.  perl-DateManip-5.x doesn't use the
zoneinfo database, and instead keeps it's own list of
timezones and offsets.  perl-DateManip-6.0 is supposed to
fix this.
