Sure it is. A non-anonymous CACert web site certificate means that at
least two people saw two official documents proving your identity
(passport+driver's license). However, the actual content of these
documents is not recorded, so in case you want to sue someone over a
certificate, you are somewhat lost with CACert certificates, as well (no
address, no passport number, etc.).
