Description:
    Previous versions of the glibc package were built without a flavor
    supporting the Xen hypervisor on the x86 platform (that is,
    configured with the -mno-tls-direct-seg-refs argument).  They also
    were unable to load certain inconsistent binaries (RPL-713).  These
    issues have been addressed.
