Absolutely. It's "mere aggregation" and as such is allowed. GPL does not try to "fight DRM". It just tries to make sure that DRM will not be used to make free software unmodifyable. While FSF does not say: "use proprietary software to implement DRM" (it says any proprietary software is unetical) it does not try to prevent such usage... even on the device where GPLv3 code is used...
