The GPLv3 does not require you to give the keys to anyone else. It requires you to allow these customers to control the list of allowed update keys (assuming you're not stupid enough to harcode a sigle key, requiring distribution of this unique key to comply with the GPLv3)

From what you wrote, none of these users would have any reason to authorize a different key than yours as long as you retained their trust.
