That won't satisfy Torvalds or fellow travelers because they don't like that additional permissions can be stripped away. Torvalds even refused to use the existing LGPL for one project because it can be converted to the GPL. Obviously that feature is important for license compatibility but they are sufficiently hostile to the Free Software Foundation to presume bad faith.
