Dribble for Fedora
------------------
Dribble is a new repository which supports the Fedora Core linux distribution.
It provides packages with a focus on fun, distributable software not already
found in the Core, Extras and Livna repositories for various reasons such as
their stricter legal requirements. For example software may be included in
Dribble which does not have an OSI approved or similar license, yet is
distributable. Although the focus is on 'fun' software it is not limited to
these genres. Dribble includes software for example, such as emulators,
additional games and additional multimedia applications. The repo aims to
support all 'current' versions of Fedora including devel, across the three
supported architectures which are i386, ppc and x86_64. Ultimately Dribble
wants to provide packages for the end user so that they don't have to care
about building and installing it themselves.
Unlike other similar repositories, Dribble does not replace, upgrade or
obsolete any packages found in the Core, Extras or Livna repositories but is
intended to work with and build on top of these repos.
Dribble bases its packaging and review process on that of Extras to help
provide high quality packages for the end user. If you're interested in helping
out, or using Dribble then please see http://dribble.org.uk
Dribble is in no way affiliated with or endorsed by The Fedora Project or Livna.
