Problem Description:
An issue in Squid's transparent proxy mode prevented it from working
correctly, giving back to the client an error page stating "Unable to
forward this request at this time".
It is recommended that all Squid users, particularly those using Squid
in transparent proxy mode, upgrade thier packages.
