Qlusters Introduces ClusterFrame(tm) for Enterprise Computing

Menlo Park,California (January 21, 2003) - Qlusters has today announced the
release of ClusterFrame(tm). Qlusters' ClusterFrame product brings
mainframe features and capabilities to business applications and
traditional compute-intensive environments.

Today's announcement releases two new product
configurations. ClusterFrame/VM(tm) is a virtual mainframe hosting any
IA-32 Operating System. ClusterFrame/SSI(tm) is a true Single-System-Image
Linux Cluster platform.

ClusterFrame/VM supports typical mainframe business applications such as
Oracle(r), SAP(r), DB2(r), and SAS(r). ClusterFrame provides the monitoring
and control functions typical of a mainframe including full SLA management.

ClusterFrame/SSI brings true Single-System-Image features for the first
time to the IA-32 world. New technologies (NetworkRAM(tm),
SocketMigration(tm), and Distributed Shared Memory) free ClusterFrame/SSI
from the restrictions of previous high performance clustering solutions
while retaining a virtually unlimited ability to scale.

ClusterFrame software is bundled with Dell, IBM or HP IA-32 computers using
best of class fast interconnects such as Dolphin, Myrinet, InfiniBand(r),
and switched Gigabit Ethernet. These low cost commodity hardware components
enable Qlusters to deliver the best Total Cost of Ownership for a
mainframe-computing platform. The solution is linearly scalable and
handles heterogeneous components by design.

Qlusters' products bring mainframe manageability to your enterprise
applications using commodity hardware and advanced clustering
software. Increasing cluster performance is as simple as adding a new 1,2
or 4 way server node even while the cluster is running.

ClusterFrame, ClusterFrame/VM, ClusterFrame/SSI, NetworkRAM, and
SocketMigration are trademarks or registered trademarks of Qlusters, Inc.
in the United States and other countries. Other names and brands are the
property of their respective owners.

Qlusters Inc. was founded in 2001 with the mission of delivering affordable
computing power to the enterprise using commodity Linux
clusters. Corporate offices are located in Menlo Park, California and the
R&D Center is in Tel-Aviv, Israel.
