Strikes me the voting machine and the medical equipment should still be free of DRM. The voting machine should have everything visible so that it can be verified and the medical machine likewise. With the health equipment it makes audits after incidents possible and also means that equipment from one provider can be examined and possibly serviced by another. I don't see any real reason anywhere so far posted to suggest DRM should be used anywhere.
