Pardon me but I think you are missing the rest of the comments I've made
along those lines in my discussion with Ingo, and thusly I don't consider
your judgement of the apparent intelligence or fairness valid.

As I've pointed out before, it's one thing to debate the license on LWN,
but I'm objecting to the fact that those parties that speak loudest about
their dislike of GPLv3 terms and provisions (kernel developers) seem to
be the ones that have been turning down FSF invitations to be
officially involved in the drafting process.

I very much appreciate that Ingo is taking his time to write the comments
here, but discussing the license in this forum is not the same thing as
being involved.

So I believe the question still stands, and since that question was
addressed at Ingo specifically, I'm most concerned with what he has to
say.
