Just a quick FYI from IDG World Expo re: next week's LinuxWorld.  The
announcement below details the companies named as finalists for the Open
Source Product Awards.  The winners will receive their awards at the
close of next week's show.


LINUXWORLD NAMES FINALISTS FOR OPEN SOURCE PRODUCT EXCELLENCE AWARDS

Award winners to be announced at next week's event in New York City

FRAMINGHAM, Mass. - January 16, 2003 - IDG World Expo, the leading
producer of world-class tradeshows, conferences and events for IT
markets, today announced finalists for the LinuxWorld Open Source
Product Excellence Awards, to be presented at LinuxWorld Conference &
Expo next week.  Sponsored by OSDN and presented in conjunction with the
UniForum Association, the Open Source Product Excellence Awards
recognize Open Source product and service innovations by LinuxWorld
exhibitors.

LinuxWorld Conference & Expo, the premier event exclusively focused on
Linux and Open Source solutions, will take place January 21-24, 2003 at
New York City's Javits Center.  The Open Source Product Excellence
Awards will be presented in a ceremony held on the LinuxWorld show floor
on Wednesday, January 22 at 4:30 p.m.
