First of all, the press release has a typo; the ISO/IEC number is 26300 (ISO Catalogue Detail Page).
Second, there appears to be some disagreement over what the actual status is--it definitely isn't published as an IS yet, and it may not even have passed FDIS ("final draft international standard") balloting. The link above shows it's at stage 50.00 as of two days ago, which is immediately before the FDIS ballot begins. (But it may have been proposed as a "fast-track" standard, in which case it's apparently possible to skip from DIS ballot to IS status. If so, it's weird that the status doesn't show stage 60.00 or something close to it...)
