You are attacking Linus (unfairly) instead of replying to the issues i raised.
One of those issues is right in your attack: "open discussion process". Why is the GPLv3 process only an open discussion process (like most of Microsoft's Shared Source is), why not an open decision process (like GPL-ed code and Linux itself is)?
