rsplib-2.0.0 RSerPool Implementation Release

Dear all,

rsplib-2.0.0, the Open Source prototype implementation of the Reliable
Server Pooling (RSerPool) protocol suite is available at 
http://tdrwww.iem.uni-due.de/dreibholz/rserpool/ . It is published under the 
GNU General Public Licence and currently runs under Linux, FreeBSD, MacOS X 
and Solaris.
