[kde-announce] Tellico 1.2.3 Released

Tellico 1.2.3 is available, which has some bug fixes and additional 
functionality. Tellico is an application for organizing your collections. 
It provides default templates for books, bibliographies, videos, music, 
video games, coins, stamps, trading cards, comic books, and wines.

Changelog:
 * Fixed the HTML export to properly copy included files and use relative 
links.
 * Added a button to the Internet search to fetch additional results for 
some data sources (Amazon, IMDb, z39.50).
 * Fixed some focus/UI issues with the CSV importer.
 * Lowered required KDE version to 3.3.1.
