Third Desktop Architects Meeting, Portland

On behalf of the OSDL DTL Technical Working Group, I am pleased to
announce the THIRD Desktop Architects Meeting.  The announcement would
have come sooner, but I wanted to get a wiki up for event.

And the location is.........Portland!

Lots of logistical reasons to choose Portland again for the meeting.  We
will be meeting again at the OSDL facility.  However, we have much more
space allocated this time around.  We should be able to handle up to 100
desktop architects.
