Netfilter also gained connection tracking for SIP ("IP Telephony"). This
is of tremendous importance to NAT users (that is, if it works correctly,
I had no such luck with earlier snapshots).

DNAT is not properly supported yet, SNAT and connection tracking should work fine (I've been using it for my telefone line for a couple of month now). If something doesn't work, please report it to netfilter-devel@lists.netfilter.org.
