I am a happy SliMP3 customer. The SliMP3 is a hardware MP3 output device that accesses music files stored on your Linux or Windows PC. All the software components are open source, and the development process is open. The SliMP3 can be controlled by either a traditional infrared remote or through a web browser. The SliMP3 is stable, mature, and featureful. Like I said, I'm a happy customer.
