The title is misleading, even if it is not technically "false". Yes, in the mainstream trade rags you sometimes see "clever" titles that give a false impression in order to grab attention. Kind of like how Slashdot uses intentionally inflammatory leads in order to attract posters. But I would hope that LWN aspires to higher standards.
