Open-Xchange Joins Forces with SpikeSource to Offer Spike Certified Solutions
Smart Collaboration available on Spike tested and certified Red Hat and SUSE Linux Stacks
Tarrytown, NY, August 10, 2006 Open-Xchange Inc., the leading provider of open source

with SpikeSource, a leading provider of business ready open source solutions. SpikeSource is now
offering Open-Xchange Server as a Spike Certified solution.
Open-Xchange Server 5 enables Smart Collaboration by providing mission critical collaborative
functions like email, calendaring, contacts and task management - fully integrated with advanced
groupware features such as Documail, Smart Linking, Smart Permissions, document sharing, project
tracking, user forums, and a knowledge base. Open-Xchange Server 5 works with the widest variety of
browsers, mobile devices and rich clients' such as Microsoft Outlook. Open-Xchange Server 5 is now
available as a SpikeCertified business ready solution.
