Kernel release status

Why is release of 2.4.33-rc3 not mentioned here (just a few paragraphs below)? I thought the rule was that 2.4 is reported here as well, just that most weeks simply have nothing to report on this fronts?

...because it was discussed just below, and I didn't see any reason to duplicate it.

A note of it's release in the "kernel status" pointing to an article below is not duplication, IMO.
