This is actually a bit tricky because the line betweeen a kernel issue and a distro issue is not always clear ( nor are differences between distro mgmt response time and kernel developer response time always clear.... ). And as the sanest way to experience the kernel is through the lens of a distro....

Or maybe I've just been fortunate enough to not have had nagging, pernicous kernel issues at home or at work. Still, I wonder if Andrew would really ought to be polling the distro maintainers rather than the end-users.
