Anybody who's (a) smart and (b) not bought already, and who looks at the situation, is probably going to come to the conclusion that there is a worry about large corporations to use their copyrights and their "need" to protect them to garner more and more control over various elements of public life. Even if they previously thought otherwise. Even if they evenetually come to another conclusion, they will admit that it's a consideration. People like Jack Valenti and Senator Hollings are (a) dumb and (b) bought. -Rob
