Description:
    Previous versions of the hplip package did not enable the graphical
    tool (/usr/share/hplip/toolbox) for configuring HP printers
    that it supported. The PyQt and sip packages have been added to
    group-dist-extras in order to support running that graphical tool,
    and hplip has been rebuilt to include the necessary requirements.
