rPath updates

Updates for rPath Linux 1: hplip, PyQt, sip (improved HP printer support), pcmcia-cs (include the scsi_info, ftl_check, and ftl_format utilities), hal, hal-gnome (enable the gnome-volume-manager program to show newly-mounted volumes), mutt (make system mailboxes default to read-write).
