libtiff: buffer overflow

Description: The t2p_write_pdf_string function in libtiff 3.8.2 and earlier is vulnerable to a buffer overflow. Attackers can use a TIFF file with UTF-8 characters in the DocumentName tag to overflow a buffer, causing a denial of service, and possibly the execution of arbitrary code.
