Description:
    Previous versions of the nss_ldap and libuser packages did not mark
    the /etc/ldap.conf and /etc/libuser.conf files (respectively) as
    initial contents files.  Both of these files are created by the
    system-config-auth program, so if the system-config-auth program
    is run before previous versions of nss_ldap or libuser were installed,
    a file conflict would result.  Changing to initial contents files
    causes the existing system-config-auth settings to be honored and
    the installations to proceed without error.
