The download, which includes a perpetual, no-cost license for 15 users, is

Track Requirements and Software Issues: SourceForge Enterprise Edition
tracker captures and monitors bugs, requirements, feature requests and
other project issues. Administrators can create customizable fields, and
generate reports based on tracker data. Using the integration with source
