Kororaa is a distro based on Gentoo, they were the first to produce a live CD that let you see the power of xgl (have you heard of that?) The live CD did a very good job of showing the power of xgl and the 3D desktop introducing thousands of people to the next generation desktop and for that thousands of people are very happy with what Kororaa achieved.
